Your full federal sales channel

We pursue SDVOSB and small-business set-aside opportunities for your products where each solicitation's rules allow, and handle everything from quote to WAWF invoice.

Veteran Resolve Partners, LLC is an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) through SBA's VetCert program. We work with manufacturers and suppliers who want federal sales without building a government contracts team.

You make and price the product. We handle the government side.

We work across three lines of business: industrial and MRO, DoD spares and parts, and medical and surgical.

Why partner with an SDVOSB

Federal agencies set aside a large share of their purchases for small businesses and SDVOSBs, and many more buys are open to any responsible source. A small, veteran-owned distribution partner can quote both.

Not every set-aside fits every product. SBA's nonmanufacturer rule often requires a small-business distributor to offer a small business manufacturer's product on a set-aside, unless SBA has waived the rule for that product class or the buy is exempt. We check each solicitation's terms before we bring it to you, so you don't spend time on bids your product can't qualify for.

What we handle

Market research and opportunity screening

We track federal solicitations by part number, NSN and product line. When one qualifies, we bring it to you with the requirement, quantity and delivery terms. You decide whether to pursue it.

Quoting, compliance and contract administration

We handle the government paperwork: quote preparation and submission, representations and certifications, award acceptance, modifications, delivery schedules and closeout. From you, we mainly need pricing, plus the product documentation a contract calls for (for example country of origin, certificates of conformance, traceability).

Shipping documents and WAWF invoicing

We prepare the shipping and receiving documents federal contracts require. We invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), the Defense Department's electronic invoicing and receiving system.

Military packaging and marking

When a contract calls for military packaging, it is coordinated through a packaging partner (MIL-STD-2073/129). Your standard commercial product ships packed and marked to the contract.

Spares and strategic planning

We review federal buying history for your parts so you can plan production and stock against recurring demand instead of guesswork.

Lines of business

Industrial and MRO

Maintenance, repair and operations supplies for federal facilities and installations.

DoD spares and parts

NSN-identified spares for Defense Logistics Agency buys, including hardware, electrical and marine parts.

Medical and surgical

Instruments, consumables and durable medical equipment (DME) for federal healthcare buyers.

How it works

  1. Partner. You set us up as a distribution partner under your existing dealer or reseller program.
  2. Decide. We bring you screened opportunities. You choose which ones to pursue and send pricing.
  3. Quote. We prepare and submit the quote, then manage the contract if it's awarded.
  4. Ship. You fill the order at your normal terms. We coordinate packaging, documents and invoicing.

For federal buyers

Contracting officers and program offices get an SDVOSB source for manufacturer product, with traceability documentation when the contract requires it, and one point of contact from quote through delivery and invoicing.
